Job Summary : This role is responsible for creating engaging multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, move prospects through the buyer's journey, and deepen our relationship with current customers to drive revenue and help achieve Greene Tweed's long-term growth goals.

Specific Roles / Responsibilities :

Demand Generation

• Plays a key role in driving demand for Greene Tweed products and solutions through digital channels.

Helps drive Greene Tweed's growth and builds a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the GT Global Sales team.Works with the Corporate Marketing Manager to define strategy and choose the appropriate marketing channels for each initiative.Is responsible for the execution of plans to generate new leads via SEM / SEO, email, content marketing, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners.Develops lead nurturing strategies to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, revive cold leads, and grow share-of-wallet with current customers.Digital Marketing Campaign Development

Collaborates with business teams (product, industry, sales, sales operations, marketing) to understand the target audience and to recommend the most appropriate digital channels to use for each campaign.Designs marketing campaign strategies to deliver business goals while staying within budget.Assists in the development of a digital strategy that enables the customer to contact Greene Tweed via various digital channels (website, email, social media, PPC) and filter to the correct business contact to meet their needs.Develop & implement Account Based Marketing strategies to key strategic accountsPerformance Reporting

Focuses on campaign ROI and revenue goals to demonstrate the success and / or gaps in marketing strategy.Uses A / B testing to drive continuous performance improvements in email, social media, paid advertising, and website content strategy.Works with the Corporate Marketing Manager on monthly performance reports.Required Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelors Degree

Skills and Experience

3 years professional experience using digital business and / or collaboration methodologies; Experience with major marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, and Marketo, is required.
