Job Overview
">We are seeking a seasoned Sales Excellence Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
">- Built and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline as defined by sales leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in pipeline velocity
- Engage strategic account managers (SAM) and key account managers (KAM) to ensure local alignment with global vision
- Maintain a disciplined approach to proactive engagement with assigned accounts
- Perform liaison duties between customers and the company regarding specifications, production schedules, quality control demands, packaging requirements, etc.
- Fully utilize Salesforce.com for customer information, opportunity management, competitor performance, and overall landscape
- Ensure process adherence across sales and business processes
- Manage customer expectations and take action to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and enhanced business relationships
Requirements
">- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4-6 years direct sales experience in B2B, consultative technical sales environment
- Capability to understand technical applications of products and represent them positively
- Experience in sales territory development and execution
- Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills required
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, including valid driver's license
