Job Summary:
The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical machinery and equipment, as well as overseeing the performance of maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment in accordance with applicable specifications, standards, or requirements
- Comply with federal and state environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Evaluate and train maintenance team members on new procedures and technologies
- Perform work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of quality
- Affect continuous improvement of equipment and processes, providing feedback and recommendations to other departments
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial manufacturing environment
- Industrial machinery maintenance and repair
- PLC controls and instrumentation
- Rigging, welding, and fabrication
- Carpentry, painting, HVAC maintenance, and other relevant skills
