Job Description:
The Greene, Tweed Rotation Engineering Development Program is a 2-year technical development program designed to provide entry-level engineers with direct experience in various engineering job roles within the engineering and operations teams. This program exposes new engineers to different product lines, job functions, and business processes within our organization, preparing them for a technical placement upon completion of the program.
As a participant in this program, you will execute a total of four six-month assignment plans in accordance with departmental manager expectations. You will solicit support and technical direction from site coordinators, mentors, and peers as appropriate. Additionally, you will provide periodic report-outs to executive management teams, including results achieved, impact to the business, and lessons learned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this program, you should possess a strong understanding of engineering practices, design methods, and calculations. A basic understanding of engineering principles, along with excellent communication skills, is essential. We also value strong learning agility, which enables you to adapt quickly to new situations and technologies.
A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (or regional equivalent) is required. Related engineer experience, particularly in internships or co-op positions, is desired but not necessary. As we continue to grow and evolve, we look for individuals who can think critically, solve problems creatively, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
