Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing all operations in a clean room work area to meet or exceed expected quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with federal and state regulations as well as company safety policies and protocols.
- Perform operations in the clean room to meet quality and production standards.
- Record information on GT data collection system.
- Store, retrieve, assemble and clean molds for production.
- Transport molds and tooling.
- Operate mill and extruders to manufacture preform.
- Prepare preforms for molding.
- Operate presses, deflash and inspect parts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Able to wear personal protective equipment.
- Able to work in alternating positions of sitting and standing.
- Able to occasionally pull, twist and reach.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs without mechanical lifting devices.
