We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team! We are a medium-sized company in Elmwood Park with a positive, team-oriented culture. Our mission is simple: to give our clients the best-looking lawns on the block while providing an outstanding customer experience.

We have ambitious growth plans to expand from our current 1,700 clients to 2,400 clients by the end of the year. We’ll achieve this with our dedicated inside telemarketing sales team and YOU—our service technician— applying top-quality lawn care products to make our clients' lawns look like baseball outfields!

What You'll Do

With our paid training, you will gain a deep understanding of different grass types, fertilizers, and weed control methods. Your daily tasks will include:
✅ Applying fertilizer and weed control treatments
✅ Using a spreader to distribute lawn care products
✅ Driving a company truck to service client properties

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM (Fridays off!)
• Hourly Rate: Starts at $18 per hour (40 hours per week expected)
• Performance-Based Raises: Earn a $0.05/hour raise every week as long as you are on time and receive no client complaints. That means by the end of the season, you could be making over $20 per hour!

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Lawn care or landscaping experience (Preferred)
• Positive attitude & teamwork mentality
• Ability to walk long distances (This job involves a lot of back-and-forth spraying—great for staying active and in shape!)
