Job Details
4x10s Days
On Call Rotation : Mon-Thur with every 3rd to 4th weekend
Rotating Holidays
General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs.
Hospital can cancel / call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36 / 36 or 36 / 48 schedule if there is a decrease in census.
Contract RN / LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education.
Job Requirements
AHA BLS
State License 1 Verification
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP)
Required for any candidate with patient contact.
Schedule Information
Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or >
from the hospital’s service area.
16 hours of nonbillable orientation.
Unit Specific Information
Candidate must review Ballad Health - Dress Code
Candidate must complete Ballad Health - Contaminated Sharps and Body Fluid Exposure Statement
