GBC Analyst Apprenticeship Program Outline
Objective:
To procure, develop, and retain educated, talented, and highly motivated individuals to be the next level of producers and/or leaders throughout the Bank.
Target:
College or recent college graduates from Indiana colleges or universities with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting who are interested in pursuing a career in banking. The goal of the program will be to provide these individuals with exposure to various aspects of banking via a rotational program with heavy emphasis on lending. The goal is to develop individuals into Bankers (lending, credit, retail or operations). Throughout their rotation, these individuals will be learning new roles while also providing production assistance to the current teams. This is a comprehensive “on the job” training program, with a goal of long-term career placement.
