Greenfield Healthcare Center is seeking an LPN Nursing Unit Manager with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide to our patients. As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.

LPN Unit Manager Qualifications:
- Active LPN license
- Proficiency in complex medical conditions and geriatric care.
- Supervisory/Management experience
- Previous Long Term Care Experience
LPN Unit Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing staff skills and competencies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of nursing practices, documentation, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including performance evaluation and coaching.
- Direct day-to-day nursing operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and staff assignments.
