Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Setter / Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a group of machines to manufacture customer orders to blueprint specifications with maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to blueprint specifications.
- Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Complete required paperwork accurately.
- Work collaboratively to maintain production flow.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.

- Manufacturing Experience (Required) – Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Mechanical & Technical Skills – Ability to work with tools, measuring equipment, and hands-on machinery.
- Attention to Detail & Quality Control – Ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
- Ability to Read & Follow Instructions – Understand blueprints, work orders, and guidelines.
- Basic Computer & Math Skills – Perform simple calculations and use basic software.
- Physical Stamina – Ability to lift up to 45 lbs., stand for long periods, and walk throughout the facility.
- Teamwork & Communication – Work effectively with others and communicate across departments.
- Time Management – Meet deadlines, manage breaks efficiently, and maintain machine uptime.

Experience & Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience required
