Divisional Director of Clinical Operations (DDCO) for our Skilled Nursing Communties
We are seeking a Divisional Director of Clinical Operations (DDCO) for Wyoming. This role involves managing the daily operations and activities of the resident care staff, ensuring their success, and validating that the Nursing Department upholds and continues to develop high standards of excellence.
Essential Functions:
- Understands and promotes business value proposition and is an exceptional representation of the business with both internal staff and external customers.
- Ensures support for nursing leadership within skilled nursing centers and is accountable for maintaining standards of consistent clinical administration implementation.
- Ensures appropriate training and coaching are carried out in support of business and healthcare standards.
- Analyzes patient complaint trends for the company, client, and clinic and works with the team to develop and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Champions change and embrace new and innovative approaches to delivering high-quality clinical services.
- Creates a positive, professional environment that fosters strong team member engagement and support.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
- Required: Current unencumbered Registered Nursing (RN) license in Wyoming
- Required: Experience with clinical leadership, people management, and operational project management and involvement
- Preferred: Knowledge of QA, CMS, regulatory compliance, and infection control practices
- Certification in Rehab Nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatric nursing
- Preferred: Minimum two years experience as a nursing services supervisor in a long-term care
- Preferred: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically PointClickCare (PCC)
- Preferred: Highly organized and solution focused
- Preferred: Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels of the organization
- Preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Preferred: Ability to be creative and innovative in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $123,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
