Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
To help us continue our commitment to making a real difference, we are currently looking for an Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator to lead and manage a skilled nursing facility.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an Executive Director (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a nursing home administrator you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Financial Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resource Management
- Physical Plant Management
- Marketing & Community Relations
- Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of South Dakota
- Two years’ experience as an ED preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
