At Rehab Resources, we’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Beaver Dam outpatient clinic and within Dodge County. This is a unique opportunity to support afterschool hours and provide coverage during an upcoming maternity leave, working with children and adults to help them reach their full potential while making a meaningful difference in the lives of families.
We offer PRN opportunities during after-school hours and an excellent chance to contribute during a maternity leave period, allowing for flexible scheduling and a chance to provide vital support during this time.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical capabilities, including strength, mobility, and coordination.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve children’s movement, strength, and functional independence.
- Addressing developmental or injury-related challenges, including balance, walking, running, and posture.
- Assisting children in achieving key milestones in motor development and mobility.
- Providing hands-on interventions to improve gross motor function and reduce the risk of injury.
- Working with children to improve endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
- Collaborating with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive therapy plan.
- Educating families and caregivers on how to assist in the child’s therapy at home and in the school environment.
- Participating in school-based or B-3 team meetings to develop appropriate goals and review therapy outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of treatment and progress.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
