Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical abilities, including strength, mobility, and coordination.
- Identifying movement disorders and developmental delays, creating individualized treatment plans.
- Developing strategies to improve children’s motor skills, strength, and functional independence.
- Addressing challenges related to balance, coordination, and physical movement.
- Providing therapy in children’s homes and clinics, building strong relationships with both children and their families.
- Collaborating with other team members (Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, etc.) to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Educating families and caregivers on how to support physical development at home.
- Maintaining accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
