Rehab Resources is looking for passionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists to join our vibrant outpatient clinic and B-3 early intervention program in Johnson Creek!
This is an incredible opportunity for experienced SLPs and enthusiastic new grads (1 year of experience preferred; please note CFY opportunities are not available at this location) who are excited to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Enjoy a four-day work week (Monday through Thursday) Full-time SLPs are required to be available until 6 PM three days a week, while part-time therapists need to be available until 6 PM twice a week.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Identifying speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children, as well as any developmental delays.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve children’s ability to speak, understand language, and engage in social communication.
- Addressing challenges related to speech clarity, language expression, and social interaction.
- Assisting children with communication needs resulting from speech delays, autism, or other developmental disorders.
- Providing interventions for swallowing difficulties to ensure safe eating and drinking.
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Educating families and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home and school.
- Participating in school-based or B-3 team meetings to develop therapy goals and review progress.
- Maintaining accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
