Rehab Resources is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologists to join our dynamic pediatric outpatient clinic in West Bend. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and rewarding environment, providing exceptional care to children and their families.
We offer a flexible and balanced work schedule, with a four-day workweek (Monday to Thursday). Full-time therapists will work until 6 PM on three days each week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Additionally,

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Identifying speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children, as well as any developmental delays.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve children’s ability to speak, understand language, and engage in social communication.
- Addressing challenges related to speech clarity, language expression, and social interaction.
- Assisting children with communication needs resulting from speech delays, autism, or other developmental disorders.
- Providing interventions for swallowing difficulties to ensure safe eating and drinking.
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Educating families and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home and school.
- Participating in school-based or B-3 team meetings to develop therapy goals and review progress.
- Maintaining accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress.
