As a valued team member with Greenfield, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, providing functional, effective, and rewarding therapy in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your role will focus on providing therapy within a variety of settings including but not limited to Skilled Nursing, Assisted living, as well as supporting in-home therapy services.

- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
