This position is located in our Main Office in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
JOB SUMMARY :
Primary servicing contact for internal / external customer inquiries regarding Commercial (CML) loans with assigned authorities to facilitate and aid the position. Assist department Supervisor and staff in the course of daily functions when requested. Perform functions common to Loan Servicing.
DUTIES : (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Primary contact for external customer inquiries regarding existing Commercial loans
- Assist customers and perform functions for problem resolution
- New loan setup for CML loans
- Assists the Commercial Loan Administration Manager with the CML loan pipeline to assure that all loans are processed in accordance with established processing guidelines.
- Assists with support and training to the back-up CML staff
- Monitor and Report on Missing Documentation for CML loans
- General maintenance of existing CML loans. Maintenance may include :
- LOC Availability
- Rate and Payment Modifications
- Construction Loan Rollovers
- Insurance Binder Tracking / work with MINITER (vendor)
- Complete Payoff Quotes for all Loan types
- Modification of existing CML loans
- Commercial Line of Credit Transfers
- Commercial Construction Loan Disbursements
- Participation Payment Processing
- Process UCC Changes / Continuations / Terminations
- Maintain inventory list of collateral held for CML loans
- Complete Monthly Reports specific to CML loans including, but not limited to :
SBA Reporting
