Greenfly — a content marketing operations platform helping the biggest brands in sports and entertainment maximize the value of their short-form content — is looking to add talented freelance designers with industry experience to work on a spectrum of deliverables including dynamic graphics and motion graphics for social media, polished PDF presentations, engaging product and sales collateral, and short-form videos to serve a variety of business and marketing purposes.

The Gig
- Leverage existing Greenfly brand guidelines to create compelling designs to serve variety of business needs
- Work within existing design framework to bolster library of templates and help Greenfly's visual identity expand and evolve over time (never leave well enough alone)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and other internal teams to bring the Greenfly brand to life while ensuring accuracy and consistency in positioning, narrative and visual identity
- Lead design work for high-level campaigns from concept to delivery
The Right Creator Will...
- Have a killer portfolio of innovative, compelling design work relevant to the world of sports and entertainment
- Be able to design their way out of a paper bag with a variety of software programs including but not limited to Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understand the delicate balance of art and science that goes into high quality, effective corporate design work
- Work quickly
- Be available
- This designer would have additional clubs in their bag, including but not limited to:
- Video production/editing and/or cinematography
- Motion graphics design
- 3D animation
- UI/UX design and prototyping
- Photography
- Creative Services/Digital Asset Management
- This person would learn quickly and aim to leave a trail of bread crumbs for other collaborators
- This person would be an avid fan of sports, entertainment or both and understand the ebbs and flows (mostly flows) of the 24/7 news cycle on which the industry operates
