Shift Leader - Aldie Juice Shop

Greenheart Juice Shop is looking to hire two Shift Leads at our Aldie, VA location.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Our afternoon Shift Lead begins the day during our lunch shift and has the ability to walk into a busy shop and get right to work. Like the morning Shift Lead you will provide excellent customer service, prep ingredients, craft menu items, sample products and educate customers while keeping the shop neat and tidy. You will require little direction and take initiative to get things done. Our afternoon Shift Lead will close the shop three or four days each week, shutting down prep stations, washing dishes, cleaning up and completing inventory. Our Shifts Leads are comfortable working alone. You take advantage of breaks between customers to stock and prep.

YOUR SCHEDULE…

Our Shift Lead will work an average of 3 or 4 days per week, a combination of weekdays and weekends.

Closing Shift Lead

11:30am - 5:30pm

We are open all holidays except for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

ABOUT GREENHEART JUICE SHOP…

We believe juice should be super fresh and that drinking your fruits and vegetables doesn’t have to be bland or boring. We have six local stores (with another opening soon) where we connect customers with products that are insanely delicious and powerfully nutritious. We sell cold pressed juices, cashew milks and wellness shots. In our shops we make superfood focused smoothies and smoothie bowls as well as our Signature Waffle and avocado toast. We take pride in the products we make as well as the environment we’ve created with a distinct, comfortable and clean aesthetic. Our team is welcoming and friendly. Our interactions are genuine and tailored to each customer’s needs. Our goal is to always leave guests feeling better after they leave our shop than when they walked in.

YOUR EXPERIENCE…

1 year retail or food service experience.

1 year supervisory experience.

You have completed your High School Education.
