Your Opportunity:
As a College Recruiter you will be responsible for the execution of college recruiting strategies and processes to provide qualified candidates for open internship and co-op positions across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to attract, develop, and convert top student talent through targeted events, alumni engagement, and data-driven recruiting efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:
Program Management
- Direct end-to-end co-op and internship process nationwide, including recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance, social activities, and off-boarding
- Facilitate performance reviews, exit interviews, co-op/intern orientation, and partner with HRBPs on performance issues as needed
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver “Fundamental Fridays” and other professional development sessions.
- Coordinate “Walk-thru Wednesdays” where co-ops/interns give peers guided tours of their workspaces and explain their roles and responsibilities.
- Plan and support end-of-term Report Out Presentations
- Hire and manage Student Ambassadors: former interns/co-ops who act as brand ambassadors for Greenheck Group at their universities.
- Manage and grow the Campus Champion Program by engaging alumni to support recruiting efforts at their alma maters, driving on-campus events and coordinating with student organizations.
- Support campus branding initiatives by partnering with HR and Internal Communications to promote the program through digital content and event materials.
College Recruiting
- Coordinate and manage logistics for career fairs and related events nationwide (~20 career fairs/year)
- Source candidates for intern & co-op positions, conduct phone screens, and lead intake and strategy meetings with hiring managers to align on upcoming talent needs.
- Oversee the Handshake platform including but not limited to sourcing candidates, posting jobs, scheduling and tracking messaging campaigns.
- Plan and execute large-scale hiring events, such as Co-op Day (WI).
- Track and report on key event metrics including traffic, interviews conducted, applications submitted, and hiring outcomes.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 2 years’ recruiting experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with students, faculty, and external partners
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, Workday preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Willingness to travel 10-15% of the year to career fairs
Compensation & Benefits:
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is $53,000 - $81,000 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
