- 1st shift - Monday to Friday: 7am-3pm
- 2nd shift - Monday to Friday: 2:30pm-10:30pm or 3pm-11pm
- 3rd shift - Sunday to Thursday: 10:30pm-6:30am
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment and high-tech metal fabrication processes.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of machinery used in metal fabrication.
- Create new or replacement parts using existing fabrication equipment.
- Use maintenance software to prioritize tasks and record results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily preventive maintenance and housekeeping (5S).
- Safely operate material handling equipment as needed.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- At least two years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills for using maintenance software.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
