General Summary
Assemble box assemblies for TH and FP units.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review order for box type and size.
- Review orders for correct options, and insulation type.
- Selects proper tools & equipment for tasks.
- Check quality of previous work on parts received.
- Assemble unit with either screws or using the lock form method.
- Make sure quantity matches work order.
- Distribute boxes down conveyor line to next station.
- Maintain daily housekeeping.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- HS Diploma or GED is desirable but not required.
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Basic Math Skills
- Ability to read and use Tape Measure
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Quality Conscious
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a routine basis.
- Standing for a minimum of 8 hours per day
- Continuous lifting, kneeling, pulling, bending, etc.
- 7am-3:30pm
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours weeks
- Location: Marion, NC
