Your opportunity :
As a Product Specialist I / II / Sr, you will provide assistance on advanced technical support via phone and email for both internal and external sales members in the areas of product selection and application.
What you'll be doing :
- Generate quotes and provide application support for special design requests (SDRs).
- Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems. May include travel for onsite support.
- Negotiate parts and back-charges.
- Basic knowledge of codes and standards for applicable products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide input on product roadmap, including new products and product enhancements.
- Participate in and develop material for on-site customer interactions, such as tours and rep training.
- Develop understanding of other equipment in our industry.
- May provide mentoring, training, indirect supervision of other team members, or may have direct reports.
- Develop and provide input for improvement on technical product documentation.
- Document service calls to record data on product questions and field issues.
- Provide training for new processes added for all team members.
- Provide support and guidance to team members when supervisor is out of office or working on other project items.
- Minimal travel is required for this role.

The starting base pay range for this position is $55,600-$81,000 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work.
