We are looking for a Front Insurance and Treatment Coordinator to be the friendly face of our office, helping patients understand their treatment options and navigating insurance benefits with ease. Key Responsibilities
- Insurance Coordination : Verify patient insurance benefits, submit claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and ensure accurate processing of coverage information.
- Treatment Planning : Educate patients on treatment plans, break down costs, and discuss payment options to ensure a seamless experience.
- Financial Coordination : Present financing and payment plans, collect payments, and help patients maximize their insurance benefits.
- Scheduling & Patient Communication : Manage appointments, handle patient inquiries, and provide a warm, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
- Administrative Support : Maintain accurate patient records, assist with billing tasks, and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in dental front office, insurance coordination, or treatment planning (preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, claim submission, and billing (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication and customer service skills – a friendly, patient-first approach is a must!
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) is a plus
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping patients
