Please read all details of this posting before applying. This is a high stress role and requires a lot of troubleshooting/communication. This position will be hourly base.

Job Description

What Will I be doing?
• You will clean Commercial spaces and post construction sites within an allotted time
• You will deliver superior quality while meeting all company standards
• Only Green products will be utilized which are supplied by the company
• You must meet all client needs and use quality customer service skills
• You will communicate all client information, changes or problems to Office Supervisors in a timely manner
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
- Required Skills & Experience
• Must Love to clean and pays very close attention to details and organization
• Must be client/customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and team player who value honesty and integrity
• Positive attitude
• Must have over 3 years cleaning experience
• You must be available and ready to work 15 – 40 hours weekly between 7 am and 2 am at different locations
• You must be available Monday to Saturday for commercial services OR evening hours only.
• You must have access to a working smart phone and email.
• You must be VERY familiar with the MTA subway system and comfortable using the train to reach clients.
• You may have work in locations where there are pets such as cats and dogs
• You must be eligible to work in the US.
