Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to our CEO and COO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly, and a keen understanding of executive time management. You will be responsible for optimizing the executive workflows, ensuring a successful work-life balance, and handling critical tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, and safeguarding confidential information.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Manage emails, schedules, and tasks while coordinating activities to ensure efficient time management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Serve as a liaison between the CEO, COO, employees, clients, and stakeholders, demonstrating clear, professional, and tactful communication.
- Discretion and Trustworthiness: Handle sensitive legal, financial, and business information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Quickly adapt to changing priorities and proactively resolve challenges to ease the executives' workload.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, minimizing errors and mitigating potential risks.
- Tech-Savvy: Utilize software and digital tools for scheduling, communication, and workflow optimization.
- Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, maximizing productivity for both executives and yourself.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to work flexible hours, travel as needed (bi-monthly, if required), and handle urgent or unexpected responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.

- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
