- Material Selection: Choose appropriate wood, fiberglass, carbon, and other materials based on the specific type of bow being made (e.g., recurve, longbow, compound).
- Bow Construction: Shape and form bows using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to achieve precise dimensions and draw weights.
- String Making: Create and install bowstrings, ensuring proper tension and alignment for optimal performance.
- Finishing: Sand, polish, and apply finishes to bows to enhance their appearance and protect the material.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed bows for defects or imperfections, testing for performance and safety.
- Customization: Work with customers to design and create custom bows tailored to their specifications, including personalized engravings, inlays, and other decorative elements.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Provide maintenance and repair services for customers’ bows, including restringing, re-tillering, and refinishing.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of bow specifications, production processes, and inventory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers and sales staff, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.
- Experience: Previous experience in bow making, woodworking, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of traditional and modern bow-making techniques is essential.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop sales opportunities with MV'S mid-size corporate sales segment
- Lead sophisticated sales-cycles often addressing C-level executives the value of our full suite of applications
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while crafting satisfied customers
- Promote the MV'S vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives
- Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
- Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy and build qualified target accounts
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
- Handle the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
- BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
- 3 years of sales or relevant account management experience, preferably in SaaS
- Experience handling the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level
- Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing Fortune 1000 deals
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Experience handling and closing complex sales cycles - proven ownership of all aspects of territory management
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
- Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
