About our company:
At Greenhow, we perform structural, lawn, and ornamental pest control for residential and commercial customers in Eastern Massachusetts. Based in the same location in Auburndale, MA for more than 15 years, we use the best materials and techniques to provide safe and effective pest control service to our customers. The job and you:
Our office staff supports our team and customers by being the essential communication link. If you enjoy talking to people on the phone and have an attention to detail, you might be a great fit. This is an inside position at our office in Newton, MA near Commonwealth Ave and Route 128 and the Mass. Turnpike. The hours are full-time weekdays scheduled for 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 5:30 pm with one or two Saturday mornings (hours 8- noon) each month. This is a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable using the phone and computer and the same time communicating with team members via voice, text, and email. You will answer customer questions and email or mail material to customers. General geographic knowledge of Eastern Massachusetts is helpful, and computer proficiency is essential. Other office duties include invoicing customers and other written customer communication. Setting up and updating accounts. Preparing deposits. Mailing statements and following up on payments.
