At Greenix our Retention Professionals receive inbound calls from our current customer base. Clients who we speak with have concerns that only our team can resolve. The most common concerns we deal with on a daily basis are billing, product, agreement length, customer service issues, or anything else that they might want to understand better. Successful Loyalty Agents determine customer needs and root concerns and provide a white-glove experience resulting in delighting the customer. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with Paid training (Hourly Commission).
