Job Summary:
As a Greenix Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling our pest control services to residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local marketing.
- Present and explain Greenix’s pest control solutions to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Accurately complete sales agreements and ensure timely processing of customer information.
- Stay up-to-date on Greenix products, services, and industry trends to confidently answer client questions and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for meeting territory goals.
- Represent Greenix with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills for managing leads and sales information.
