Responsibilities

- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
