Territory Sales Rep is accountable to manage and grow new & existing accounts. Generate new opportunities across business verticals in territory through lead generation and customer acquisition.
Territory Sales Rep is accountable to manage and grow new & existing accounts. Generate new opportunities across business verticals in territory through lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Inbound & outbound phone sales to include cold calling.
- 100 outbound calls / personalized email per day and or 4 hours total talk time daily.
- Open a minimum of 1 new account daily, while actively growing the current book of business.
- Foster warm relationships with prospects to open new accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and update CRM on all activities.
- Work closely with other sales reps and cross functional team
- Meet and exceed established business KPI’s
- Up to 20% of travel required to include territory customer visits, trade shows, local events, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager or identified by business needs.
- A passion to love your job and the industry.
- Sales Experience 3 years, B2B sales experience preferred.
- Cannabis or related Industry knowledge. Smoke Shop/Dispensary experience a plus.
- Proven sales track record /goal oriented.
- Coachable and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Strong communication and written skills
- Immaculate organizational skills with ability to work independently, Strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and ability to follow-up effectively with attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Experience in selling high volume - high /low price point items.
- Knowledge of cannabis related products, industry, and culture.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- College Degree in business or experience in related field is preferred
