We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager (Family Service Manager) to join our team. Our team specializes in assisting families with interment arrangements and other final arrangement needs. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our sales staff to provide families with exceptional service while ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Develop and nurture a thriving sales culture that consistently achieves and surpasses sales goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and community contacts.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor and assess sales team performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Create effective marketing strategies to drive business development.
- Conduct regular meetings to motivate and update the sales team.
- Ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
