In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Director of Nursing to select, retain, and develop the clinical team.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to ensure continuity of care.
- Developing and implementing effective staffing models.
- Participating in QAPI initiatives to drive quality improvement.
Requirements
- A current, valid state RN license.
- 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- CPR certification.
