Greenleaf Landscapes, Inc. is an award-winning landscape / design / build firm located in the Mid-Ohio Valley. We have two locations: Marietta, Ohio and Athens, Ohio. Greenleaf Landscapes was established in 1977 and is a leader in the Green Industry.

Greenleaf is seeking an experienced Garden Center / Retail Manager to manage a retail garden center located in Athens, Ohio. This position requires a take charge individual. Must have retailing experience and be able to independently manage the operation to include: ordering gardening hardscape and plant products, hiring, scheduling, and training employees to provide exceptional customer service, understanding and planning retail product displays and layout for maximizing sales, etc. Previous experience in retail management is preferred, garden center knowledge preferred, skidsteer/bobcat experience preferred.

The Garden Center Manager performs actual sales and acts as a customer sales and service contact for the company, performs other retail functions such as running cash register, receiving deliveries, organizing deliveries and other duties as necessary. Represents Company in an ethical and proper manner in handlings complaints, servicing and relaying information to the proper company employees and customers in an accurate and timely manner. Provides technical support and answers questions for customers. The Garden Center Manager will need to be able to load bulk material with a skidsteer/bobcat.
