Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build our sales team in the lawn care and landscape maintenance industry. We are a small company looking to grow. Initially, the team will be just you. But as you help us grow, you could be in charge of an actual team pretty quickly. This is an opportunity to get on the ground floor of a company focused on rapid sustainable growth. The starting salary is just a base salary, commissions will be additional income.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery in lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and groundskeeping.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities for senior management review.
Experience
- Only a small amount of sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members alike.
