Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee and grow our residential and commercial maintenance division. This role combines sales, client relations, and operational management to ensure high-quality service and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, sales, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
- Generate and close new residential and commercial maintenance contracts.
- Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to drive new business.
Operations & Management:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with field crews to schedule and complete jobs on time.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards.
- Monitor budgets, job costs, and profitability of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Customer Service & Retention:
- Act as the main point of contact for maintenance clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively upsell additional services to existing clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping, turf management, and irrigation systems.
- Proven ability to sell and close maintenance contracts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to estimate and price maintenance services accurately.
- Proficient in CRM software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
