Greenleaf Services, Inc. a Full-Service Landscape Construction Company is searching for an experienced and highly motivated Quality Control Supervisor for Arlington National Cemetery. The ideal candidate will process a strong attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritize work schedules to meet company deadlines. The Quality Control Supervisor ensures all work performed adherers to Greenleaf Services, Inc. standards of service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily inspections to ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Reports all findings to Supervisor and follows up on incidents to confirm resolution in a timely manner.
- Promote a safe and positive work environment at all times
- Maintain all required administrative records.
- Communicate to all team members' quality expectations, company goals and desired results.
- Focus on safety and monitor safety records.
- Provide training and support to crew members.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Turfgrass or similar field (Required)
- Professional management experience overseeing large commercial landscape operations.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional / Positive attitude with good work ethics a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills to manage the workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual – Spanish/English
- Must be able to walk long distances
- Commercial pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain
- Valid driver license
