This role also offers the opportunity for occasional travel to customer sites—both domestically and globally.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and electrical engineering standards
- Analyze customer challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Apply Six Sigma tools for structured root cause analysis
- Perform system-level testing and validation for reliability and performance
- Provide technical support to production, quality, sales, and operations teams
- Design and develop test frameworks, including manual and automated test fixtures
- Drive engineering investigations alongside service and lab technicians
- Create technical documentation, manuals, and application notes

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Three to five years of experience in the field of electric actuators, oil and gas, rotating equipment, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Thorough understanding of electronic circuits, printed circuit boards, and electrical systems involving induction and BLDC motors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Basic understanding of microcontroller-based system, PLC programming and firmware development process
