Position: Install Crew Member
As an Install Crew Member, you’ll work under the supervision of the Landscape Designer and Foreman to help bring Omaha’s most custom outdoor living spaces to life. Your role will involve installing a variety of hardscape and landscape features, including patios, pool decks, retaining walls, fire pits, water features, drainage systems, landscape lighting, and softscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your crew to complete projects with precision and care
- Assist with daily tasks such as loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a clean job site
- Contribute as a team player, offering support on job sites and at the shop
- Attend company meetings and functions as required
- Adhere to the company’s handbook, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate punctuality, responsiveness, and effective communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of plants, tools, and landscape equipment
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
