Position Overview
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member works with a crew to maintain some of Omaha’s most beautiful residential and commercial properties. Specific job responsibilities could include ornamental bed upkeep, mulching, pruning, bed edging, plant replacements, and spring/fall cleanups.
Essential Job Functions
· Work alongside your crew to help complete daily tasks on site
· Assist with daily tasks such as loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a clean job site
· As a member of the team, you will help with all tasks, both on job site and at the shop
· Follow the company’s handbook, policies and procedures
· Daily expectation to be on time, responsive, and a great communicator
Preferred Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bilingual is preferred, but not required
· Basic knowledge of plants, tools, and landscape equipment
· Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. multiple times a day
