- Technical Skills: Proficiency in taking vital signs, patient hygiene assistance, and documentation
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, compassion, patience, and physical stamina
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Transfer and reposition patients safely
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Support medical procedures as directed
