- Soft Skills: Strong communication, physical stamina, empathy, and attention to detail
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Report changes in patient conditions to RNs and physicians promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care plans and patient progress
- Participate in care planning meetings and family conferences
- Ensure compliance with facility safety and hygiene protocols
