Schedule of the Licensed Practical Nurse:
- This is a Full-time position.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Assist RNs in providing basic nursing care to students.
- Administer medications under the supervision of an RN.
- Perform basic first aid for minor injuries and illnesses.
- Assist with health screenings and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor students with chronic health conditions.
- Communicate with parents regarding student health concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe health office environment.
- Assist in implementing individual healthcare plans.
- Support health education initiatives within the school.
- Participate in staff training on health-related topics.
