- Support patient rehabilitation goals with consistent, compassionate care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and facility standards
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active Maine LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience: At least 1 year in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
- Technical Skills:
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
