Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversee medical operations within healthcare facilities located in Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Roswell, Truth or Consequences, Santa Clara, and Los Lunas, New Mexico. Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current state medical license.
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
- Experience:
- 5 years of clinical experience.
- 3 years of leadership or administrative experience in healthcare.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance.
- Strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making.
- Collaborative approach to interdisciplinary teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs.
- Provide medical leadership and mentorship to clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Collaborate with administrative leadership to resolve operational challenges.
