- Licensure/Certifications:

- Proficiency in EHR systems, medical coding, and data analysis.
- Expertise in HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Soft Skills:

- Ability to manage teams and resolve complex compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the medical records department and supervise staff.
