- Emergency Response: Must be available to deploy within 12-24 hours of activation
- Certification: Active CNA certification or equivalent credentials
- Experience: 1 years in patient care preferred
- Technical Skills: Basic patient care, vital signs monitoring, equipment maintenance, infection control
- Soft Skills: Compassionate care, ability to follow instructions, physical stamina, teamwork
- Assist patients with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Maintain clean and organized patient areas
- Stock and prepare medical supplies
- Assist nurses with basic procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
