Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance healthcare quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize patient outcomes. This role involves designing improvement programs, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to drive organizational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years in healthcare quality management, performance improvement, or regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, audit processes, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in healthcare regulations (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission) and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in performance improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Train staff on quality methodologies, data collection, and compliance protocols.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop action plans for addressing deficiencies.
